All pets must be on a leash at all times. Leash must not exceed 6 feet. (Must clean up after pet, thanks!) |

All visitors with Recreational Vehicles must park off the premises. |
3. |
Please have your guests park on your lot, or in designated parking areas only. |
4. |
No washing of cars, RVs or trucks on your lot. |
5. |
No generators. |
6. |
Your lot must be kept clean. |
7. |
No digging of any kind. |
8. |
Storage sheds are allowed upon prior approval of placement (shed and placement). Maximum 1 shed per lot. |

No individual clothes lines. |
10. |
Keep electric meter clear. |
11. |
Quiet time ~ 10 pm to 7 am |
12. |
Smoking is prohibited in all park buildings including restrooms. |
13. |
No automotive repair on your lot. No oil changes. |
14. |
Park speed limit: 5 mph at all times. |
15. |
Do not drive through or walk across any occupied lots. |
16. |
No power tools to be used before 9 am or after 5 pm. |
17. |
All septic connections must be air tight. No duct tape. |
18. |
No one under 18 to ride motorcycles or ATVs inside park. |
19. |
RV units subject to approval by management. |
20. |
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
21. |
We are NOT responsible for theft or damage. |
